First, let’s get to know each other. The best way to kick this off is to have you fill out this form. This will give us some basics on you, your business, and what you’re looking to achieve in a transaction.
After we’ve had a chance to review, we’ll reach out directly to set up a follow-up call so that we can get to know each other better.
From there, we dig into our network and make a list of potential buyers for your business. We’ll let you know who they are, and facilitate the introductions.
After introductions have been made, and assuming there’s interest on both sides in moving forward, the acquisition process begins, which we can discuss in further detail.
At no point will HLA ask you to sign a contract with us (other than an NDA to protect your information). We are not business brokers so you don’t owe us anything, even if a transaction takes place. We are compensated by the buyers we work with. Nothing out of your pocket.
