Residential and commercial building materials and products distributor.
The company currently operates in the tri-state region (NY, NJ, CT), and is expanding their footprint throughout the New England region (Beginning in Mass, RI, and NH).
Residential & commercial split roughly 50/50.
Gypsum related drywall, framing, and ceilings materials (as well as other gypsum based products) make up ~50% of the materials distributed. Lumber, decking (mostly Trex), roofing, windows, and doors comprise a significant portion of the remaining materials and products.
No one customer is greater than 10% of revenue. No one manufacturer is more than 15% of the products.

The company has a part-time CFO and is hiring a controller; part of their focus is on improving EBITDA margins to bring them more in line with the industry average (10%+).
The owner is young (53 years old) and would like to stay on to continue growing with an equity stake in the business.
They have a partnership in place with a major manufacturer to expand their product line across the Northeast. They can do this slowly over time (they have already begun doing so), but having a capital partner would expedite their growth.
